1. Does one need to know how to play golf to participate in a golf package?
Yes. It is expected that one has a degree of experience and understand the rules of play including etiquette, to participating in a golf package. The exception to this is if one is participating in golf lessons/training packages.

2. Can we play golf if we are not members?
Yes. Our packages allow our customers to access golf clubs and their facilities, typically restricted to their members.
3. What is the earliest and latest available tee-off time?
Tee-off times will vary between golf courses, however, the earliest tee-off time is typically between 6am-7am and the latest tee-off time is typically between 2pm-3pm. This information is included in the profile page for each golf course.
4. Are golf clubs and push trolleys available for hire?
Generally, yes, but please note rental equipment may be incomplete, mismatched or battered. Availability and pricing is included in the profile page for each golf course.
5. Are golf carts/buggies available on the course?
Most golf courses are walking experience courses, however, a few courses do have golf carts available for rental to cater for mobility restricted golfers. Availability and pricing is included in the profile page of those golf courses.
6. What are the opening hours for bar & catering?
Timing will vary between golf courses, however, availability of bar and restaurant facilities will generally coincide with a golf course's operation hours.
7. Do you have a bad weather policy?
Yes. Should a golf course be closed due to inclement weather, you will have the opportunity to reschedule the golf package.
8. Do I need to pre-book a caddie and how much is the caddie fee?
No, you do not need to pre-book a caddie. The caddie fee is Ksh 600 (9 holes) and 1,200 (18 holes). A tip above this amount is generally expected, however, at the discretion of the golfer.
9. Upon arrival, what should I do?
Report to the pro-shop to register and to receive further instruction. Changing room/bathroom facilities are available should you require them. Needless to say, safely store or secure your valuables as the golf course will not accept liability for lost or stolen items that are left in the changing facilities.
10. What practice facilities are available and how much does it cost to use them?
Available practice facilities will typically include a driving range and a putting green. Use of the practice facilities is included in golfing packages.
11. When are golf courses or closed or unavailable?
Generally between the hours of sunset and sunrise, and on days restricted to club members only. Additionally, golf courses often host sponsored events and tournaments that are restricted to invitees and club members only. This information is included in the profile page for each golf course.
